The AERCO Training Team recently conducted the first AERCO Master Technician class (AMT) since the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
The re-launch of the redesigned AMT course included a deeper dive into core foundational modules, an introduction to new products, updates to controller operation, and an in-depth session on water quality, scale causation and prevention technology. There were also open discussions surrounding key issues as seen from the eyes of the Tech Assist Hotline Team, and issues the attending technicians see in the field.
"The AMT class is not required for AERCO service technicians. However, the technicians who attend the AMT class are normally the technicians who possess a strong desire to be the very best. We are thrilled to see that passion as we know the positive effect it has on our customers,” says Tony Levens, Sr. Mgr, Training & Aftermarket Services at AERCO.
