Benchmark
750 - 6000 MBH
AERCO’s Benchmark® condensing boiler optimizes your hydronic system for peak performance and maximum efficiency. Through innovative technology (including AERtrim patented O2 Trim technology, Dual Returns and onAER Predictive Maintenance), Benchmark saves time and money by reducing install, startup and operating costs; simplifies startup and maintenance; and strengthens system performance and efficiency resulting in the lowest cost of ownership.
The fully integrated Edge® Controller makes startup and maintenance even easier, while the Edge mobile app enables full unit setup and control with enhanced diagnostics and configuration capabilities.
CFR
1500 - 3000 MBH
CFR is the world’s first stainless steel condensing boiler that can be installed in a Category I vent. Building on AERCO’s industry leadership and decades of experience, CFR is engineered to enable building owners and facility managers to cost-effectively upgrade their boiler plant and maximize performance while safely reusing existing Category I / Type B venting. All CFR models are complemented with AERCO’s Edge® Controller to optimize system efficiency and operation, and easily integrate the CFR boiler with a facility-wide Energy Management or Building Automation System. This makes CFR a perfect retrofit solution in buildings striving for best-in-class system performance and operational excellence.
AM Series
399 - 1000 MBH
The AM Series of commercial condensing boilers are essentially pre-packaged boiler plants giving you the reliability and redundancy of a multi-unit system in a single unit.
Each unit consists of between two and four individual modules, each with its own combustion chamber, burner, gas valve, and combustion controls and safeguards, all tied together to common water connections and assembled in a single enclosure. This provides all the advantages of a larger boiler plant, including high turndown and multiple-unit redundancy, while still keeping installation costs down and operation simple.
Full front access means near-zero side clearance with no loss of serviceability when more than one million BTUs are necessary.
Modulex EXT
450 - 3000 MBH
A breakthrough in high-efficiency design, the condensing and fully modulating Modulex EXT boilers support 450 to 3000 MBH hydronic heating systems while delivering a greater degree of operating reliability for customer peace of mind. To achieve the greatest possible fuel savings, each boiler combines independent thermal modules that operate to deliver superior turndown and a range of non-cycling operation not readily achieved by competitive equipment or controls.
The Modulex EXT comes standard with a powder coated enclosure enabling outdoor installations.
MFC
3000 - 10000 MBH
This multi-fuel condensing hydronic boiler is capable of firing with multiple fuels including natural gas, propane or #2 fuel oil.
It features a proven 4-pass fire tube heat exchanger design for maximum heat transfer and efficiency and is designed for condensing application in any closed loop hydronic system. features dual return connections standard for optimal application flexibility and seasonal efficiency gains of up to 10%.
The 240°F maximum working temperature of the heat exchanger allows for greater operating temperature range and meet the requirements of higher temperature applications when necessary, but allows for the building to reset water temperature for condensing in the shoulder months.
